Sridhar is an avid trekker and an accomplished triathlete with numerous podium finishes under his belt. A certified excellent triathlon coach and well respected among the athletes. Young at heart and the go-to person for any advice related to tri fitness.

The average guy jolted with the common midlife crisis, after which he took to open water swimming. An English Channel and long-distance swimmer with a humourous side to the way he perceives life. Rana is also an open-water lifeguard certified by the Royal Life Saving Society UK.
