About the event

This session is open to all aspiring beginner open-water swimmers,  and not suitable for people who want to learn how to swim.

The following will be covered during the session:

  1. Getting comfortable in the deep
  2. Learning to float 
  3. Learning to sight & sculling
  4. Minor stroke adjustments to adapt to open water
  5. Learning to swim continuous lengths comfortably
